Registration schedule
Note: Registration for CVB 2027 will open on the 18th of November 2026

Conference fee
The CVB 2027 conference fee includes access to the full conference program, lunches and coffee
breaks according to the program as well as conference material.

European Brain Barriers Meeting Satellite
The EBBM Satellite will take place on the morning of Sunday 20 th June. This meeting is particularly
dedicated to students and early career researchers and will include and educational session as well
as scientific presentations and posters. There is a separate registration fee for this event:

Conditions for cancellation, refunds and changes
Changes or cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat at
info@cvb2027.com
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 19 March 2027 up to which date the total amount
will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of £50.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 19
March 2027.

Change of delegate
If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact
the conference secretariat to do so.
